This project is developing a mobile messaging application that uses a free and secure USSD protocol for anonymous reporting of cases of gender-based violence (GBV) in Bouaké and Dabakala, Côte d'Ivoire. The application will be accessible even with basic mobile phones and in French and local languages. The project will train counsellors to assess and monitor cases reported through the application. In addition to reporting, the mobile platform will link victims and their families, and witnesses to legal assistance, health care and counselling and will monitor the processing of each case reported.
