Sustainable Organic Integrated Livelihoods (SOIL) is a Haiti-based non-profit social enterprise working since 2006 to improve access to safe sanitation in the country’s most vulnerable urban communities. SOIL takes an innovative value-chain approach to solve the sanitation challenge through services specifically designed for dense urban communities where the public health risk is significantly elevated and communicable diseases have the potential to spread rapidly. With this funding, SOIL plans to grow its coverage and reach 8000 households by 2025 in Cap-Haïtien.
