A long-serving member of GCC’s Board, Cédric has most recently served as Chair of the Investment Committee, where he and fellow committee members play a key role in assessing whether proposed investments are bold, positioned to deliver meaningful impact for those who need them most, and are designed with scale and sustainability in mind.
Cédric is a Partner at Teralys Capital, Canada’s largest innovation-focused investor, bringing deep experience in venture capital, innovation and growth, and a sophisticated understanding of how capital and partnerships can help promising ideas scale.
He also brings a strong appreciation of the pace and complexity of change in global health and development, and the importance of adapting as new challenges and opportunities emerge.
As GCC advances its 2025-2030 strategy, Cédric’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment: one that calls for us to be ambitious about where we can have the greatest impact, be more strategic in how we deploy capital and partnerships and be ready to adapt as the world around us changes.
