Board of Directors of Grand Challenges Canada Announces
Dr. Karlee Silver and Ms. Jocelyn Mackie as Interim Co-CEOs

Toronto, Canada, 5 July 2018 – On behalf of the Board of Directors of Grand Challenges Canada, Guylaine Saucier (Chair) announced today that as of July 1, 2018, Jocelyn Mackie, JD, and Karlee Silver, DPhil, will serve as interim co-Chief Executive Officers until a permanent Chief Executive Officer is appointed. Dr. Silver was formerly Vice President Programs, and Ms. Mackie was formerly Vice President Operations & General Counsel at Grand Challenges Canada.

Ms. Saucier thanked Dr. Peter Singer for his dedicated service to Grand Challenges Canada as founding Chief Executive Officer.
