Nicole Farrell is the Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team. She divides her time between supporting co-CEO Jocelyn Mackie and the Humanitarian Grand Challenge team, overseeing schedule management for the Director of Humanitarian Innovation. Nicole identifies risks and seeks efficiencies in project management for the HGC team and offers organizational and administrative support. In addition, she also provides assistance with administration for GCC’s Board of Directors and Investment Committee.
Prior to joining GCC, Nicole worked as a Program Coordinator for a non-profit organization where she focused on business and project development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ryerson University where she studied English Literature and Psychology, and has recently become certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP). She has also worked as an ESL teacher, and has volunteered for a number of local organizations focused on healthcare equity.
