As the Peer Review Coordinator, Molly is responsible for orchestrating and managing the external peer review of applications for funding, in particular under the OPTions Innovation Initiative and the Humanitarian Grand Challenge.
Prior to joining Grand Challenges Canada, Molly worked in Tanzania as a Gender Equality Officer. Working within a trades college, she led projects aimed at improving community awareness and student experiences. Molly has also worked with Global Affairs Canada, where she supported the development of systems for operationalizing the Feminist International Assistance Policy, and has held positions with various non-profits including the Aga Khan Foundation Canada.
Molly holds an MA from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University, where she focused on program management, gender and African studies. She also holds a BA in Peace, Conflict and Justice Studies from the University of Toronto.
