Meagan Foreman is the Associate Communications Officer at Grand Challenges Canada, supporting the development and execution of GCC’s communications strategy. Meagan takes pride in sharing the stories and achievements of innovators seeking to address global health challenges.
Prior to Grand Challenges Canada, Meagan has held communications roles in federal government, education and hospital settings. While completing her Master’s degree at the University of Ottawa, she pursued health communications research and developed a passion for stigma reduction, particularly as it relates to mental health and communicable diseases. Her experience working at Global Affairs Canada contributed to her interest in development innovation. Outside of work, Meagan enjoys travel and illustration.
