Kimberly (Kim) Quach is a Program Associate for the Transition-to-Scale portfolio at Grand Challenges Canada. In this role, she supports the team in conducting due diligence on investments, negotiating funding agreements and supporting innovators throughout the life-cycle of their projects.
Prior to joining the Transition-to-Scale team, Kim worked with the Every Woman Every Child Innovation Marketplace, a strategic alliance of development innovation organizations including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Grand Challenges Canada, the United States Agency for International Development, the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation and UBS Optimus Foundation.
Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Kim holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from the University of Calgary. During her studies, she had the opportunity to conduct research on maternal and child health in Tanzania. Following her undergraduate degree, Kim completed her Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Alberta, where she studied the impact of tuberculosis on the foreign-born population in Alberta.
