The Hábitat Mujer Salud project seeks to improve access to sexual and reproductive services, specifically safe abortion services to girls and women (15-44 years) in post-conflict territories in Colombia by is establishing sexual and reproductive rights (SRR) focal points at health centers in two municipalities in rural Caquetá. The focal points provide information on sexual education and timely referrals to reproductive health services, legal assistance, and accompaniment to safe abortion. 2,250 out of 112,537 reproductive age girls and women (15-44 years) in the two municipalities will be targeted for the outreach.
