Making safe sanitation accessible and affordable for everyone

FacebookTwitterLinked In

Start Date: 26/02/2019- End Date: 30/09/2021

Project Lead(s): David Auerbach

Fresh Life Initiative builds healthy, prosperous communities by making safe sanitation, accessible and affordable for Nairobi County and residents of its urban slums. To achieve this, Fresh Life Initative takes an innovative value-chain approach to solve the sanitation challenge in slums with poor or no access to sewer systems. They do so by building a network of high-quality toilets, safely collecting the waste, and treating and converting it into useful end-products.
