Moments That Matter is an integrated community-led parenting empowerment program that aims to sustainably catalyze change among families directly affected by HIV/AIDS and other vulnerabilities in Zambia and Kisumu County in Kenya. Moments that Matter focuses on the critical 0-3 year age period. Its aim is to strengthen the primary caregiver-child relationship as well as the child’s cognitive, language, motor skills and social and emotional development.
